Important: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling at the discretion of your service provider.
All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. You will receive a confirmation message with your booking reference number and appointment details.

4. Receive your booking confirmation via WhatsApp/email
5. Your queue number will be assigned after payment confirmation
All payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued regardless of circumstances including but not limited to:
If you cannot attend your appointment, you may reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
We require at least 2 hours advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment time may result in loss of booking privileges.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled to accommodate other clients.
While we strive to accommodate all special requests, please note that specific stylist assignments or service modifications cannot always be guaranteed. We recommend discussing any special requirements when booking.
Service times are estimates and may vary based on individual needs. Please allow flexibility in your schedule as some services may take longer than anticipated.
For group bookings of 3 or more people, please contact us directly. Special arrangements and deposits may be required for group appointments.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult during their service. Children under 16 years old require parental consent for certain services.
Book in advance during peak times (weekends, holidays) to secure your preferred time slot.
